Last month, the Talking EFL crew put together an amazing initiative to commemorate International Women's Day 2019: a magazine featuring articles written by women involved in the ELT industry. I had the honour to contribute to this issue writing about the power teachers have to contribute positively to their students' lives. You can download the full issue by clicking here.
And don't forget that, if you are a woman in ELT and would like your work, website, school or any business included in our #Womensupportwomen list, please write to us at info@whatiselt.com.

This post highlights such an important topic — creating space for women to speak, lead, and thrive in the classroom benefits everyone. Encouraging confidence, participation, and representation lays a foundation for more inclusive and empowering learning environments.
Empowerment also extends to how individuals choose to engage with digital platforms. For example, 3 patti game play offers a space where users can think strategically and enjoy independent decision-making. Platforms like Reddy Book Club focus on curating digital experiences that support a variety of user interests.
Thanks for shining a light on this subject — these conversations are essential in and beyond the classroom.
